The user may withdraw from services according to the procedures provided in individual contracts. Zelatech may terminate the relationship in case of violation of these conditions, with prior written notice.

10. Changes to Terms

Zelatech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the new conditions.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
